Baski or Super Brain Yoga?

This is the heights of stealing age old Indian practices! In India, we grew up with this as a form of punishment and called this so called exercise as "Baski." I am sure different parts of the country used to call it with different names, but essentially it was a form of punishment to kids who misbehaved. Watch this video to see how modern science is taking this practice and calling it their own technique! I won't be surprised if this is later patented as their technique.

  1. I am stranged that this punishment i actually a technique.

I wonder (really wonder) that one day I may find out that slapping is also good for ones brain/body/mind.

It was really funny to see those biggies doing this yoga (feels like revenge).

  2. I am aware of the Super Brain Yoga Technique as I am a practicing Pranic Healing student of Master Choa Kok Sui. He has taken what has been practiced for many many years by the Indian peoples and has fine tuned it so that the left thumb on the right earlobe is placed there first then the right thumb on the left earlobe followed by squats with the appropriate breathing. This exact method has been researched and has proven to be more beneficial than placing the opposite order. Please check out more on Pranic Healing. MCKS has taken some of the higher teachings and practices from Hinduism, Christianity, the Kabbalah and Buddhism etc and put together ways to support and help all of humanity. I, Thank you for all your good work
