Lesson learnt: Hardwork pays off. Seems very obvious, but not so obvious when you look at the big picture and trends. It is very easy to get confused and go off in different directions trying to find out the secret of success.

Hardwork does payoff - but only when you work smart. Obvious too! This world spins way too quick for you to spend too much time on one task - the key is figuring out the most efficient way to accomplish a task. Easier said than done though!
